If the products are damaged or ruined during transportation, you may return them within 3 days of receiving the parcel, providing proof of purchase, and we will replace the product without additional shipping charges. Normally, returns won’t happen because we sell high-quality imported products. We cannot accept returns for other reasons, such as a change of heart.
